To contribute with the legacy of Wisdom and Universal Values and Virtues to students by the instruction of a Solid Bicultural Program, as well as everyday actions and examples of each CEM’s employees whose academic background, competence, and moral integrity enlightens students to the Critical Thinking Process, Significant Apprenticeship and the practice of Virtues creating a harmonious environment filled with respect for freedom within the realm of learning common rules and courtesy.

This program prepares "CEM Graduates" to be privileged competitors ready to analyze and solve problems in both English and Spanish, confident with solid principles, perceive themselves as valued persons in the world, ready to explore every learning experience and enjoy life to the fullest. The goal of CEM is to motivate every student to be a Life-long Learner.

This starts with principals, teachers, administrative staff, students, and ends with all those who participate as collaborators in this institution. CEM educates with commitment to offer our be in order to enjoy life as we fulfill our duties; conscious of individual abilities but ready to eliminate apathy and promote enthusiasm among staff and students. Order and discipline are taught for student awareness in formative dialogue to learn that they are responsible for their own actions in accordance to CEM’s mission and philosophy as it is explicitly written in the school’s manual.
