Our reason to be is our students, because of them and respecting our Mission and Philosophy, CEM has the following objectives: - Promote continuous improvement of every member that participates in this institution through constant training.
- Motivate the every day practice of values such as honesty, justice, respect to human dignity, confidence, responsibility in one's work, team work spirit, service attitude, generosity, humility, personal growth, respect for nature, and linking with the community to respond to his or her necessities (not everything can be learned in a classroom), through the everyday example from school's principals, teachers and administrative personnel.
- Educate with the conviction of giving one's best, to live the satisfaction of a carried out duty, always conscious of the individual capacity, but pro-enthusiasts to eradicate conformism in all our members and students, impelling individual development making the student perceive him or herself as a valuable being in the world.
- Leave legacy of knowledge, universal values and virtues impelling a competitive education at international levels through the correct linking of national programs with imported programs from the United States, England, France in addition to the Mexican ones.
- Develop critical thinking and significant apprenticeship promoting the interchange of ideas, everyday reading, working on educative reengineering constantly through Educational Research as a strategy to carry out our Philosophy and our Mission so we can be able to be in the van of programs for our students.
- Always be alert to be focused on our curricular and extracurricular activities in search of competitive benefits for our pupils.
- Provide an environment of harmony, formative liberty and respect.
- Propitiate that principals act like leaders with an unselfish and collaborative spirit that share the commitment of helping this country through education.
