The CEM teachers have good education, experience, and a passion for teaching. They are committed to their profession and enjoy it, which has an immediate positive effect on the students and in their work. Some of the teachers have post-graduate certifications and degrees.

English teachers have certification to teach English as a foreign language from institutions like Cambridge University, England; University of Michigan, United States; and from other universities in Mexico.

The school principals have master degrees and some have additional degrees in educational research, education specialities and psychólogy. CEM teachers and staff are professional experienced teachers.
